Finn brings strong technical expertise, solid experience in software development, and a deep understanding of how complex solutions are transformed into real customer value. He is driven by quality, structure, and collaboration – and is known for creating calm, direction, and momentum within development teams.
With his combination of professional depth, curiosity, and a focus on building strong relationships, Finn will play a key role in the continued development of our software domain and in our ambition to strengthen technological solutions across the entire organization.
Privately, Finn is married to Tina and is the father of three adult children who have all moved away from home. He values time with his family as well as the projects and interests that give him energy outside of working hours.

New International Sales Manager
We are pleased to introduce Rasmus Bunten as our new International Sales Manager.
Rasmus brings many years of experience from the international hydraulics and filtration industry – particularly within strategic sales, negotiation, global key account management, and collaboration with large OEM customers.
He is known for being honest and solution‑oriented, with a strong focus on building solid relationships and creating pragmatic solutions. With his technical insight, commercial understanding, and calm approach to complex customer tasks, he will be a valuable asset to our organization.
Privately, Rasmus is married to Karin and father of three adult children. He is active in cycling, racket sports, and skiing.

AB Inventech continues its transformation with a new management team in place
The automation company AB Inventech A/S continues its strategic development under Alder’s ownership.
As part of a natural generational transition, Arne Bech and Niels Kirkegaard sold 70% of the shares in AB Inventech A/S to the Swedish growth investor Alder in December 2021. As part of the change in ownership, it was agreed that a planned generational transition in the management team should be completed within five years.
Arne Bech stepped down from management in connection with the sale of the majority shareholding. Following the establishment of a new management team and executive management consisting of CEO Jacob P. Jensen, CFO Jesper Ejlersen and CTO Brian Munk Andersen, the next step in the generational transition has now been completed. As part of this process, Niels Kirkegaard is stepping down from his role as Chief Commercial Officer, with the day-to-day sales management being assumed by CEO Jacob P. Jensen. Niels Kirkegaard will continue as an external advisor to AB Inventech during the coming period.

With the new management team in place, AB Inventech is now looking ahead to the next phase of the company’s development.

NEW CFO
We are pleased to welcome Jesper Ejlersen as our new Chief Financial Officer.
Jesper joins us from his previous role as CFO at Everfuel A/S and brings with him many years of experience leading finance functions in international companies – including within the alternative energy sector, consultancy, and private equity structures.
Earlier in his career, Jesper served as Finance and Administration Director at EG, and later held a key leadership role at Stibo Systems, where he successfully established a global finance function spanning 18 countries. These roles have given him deep insight into managing complex financial structures across borders, cultures, and regulatory environments.
Jesper has worked extensively with accounting, reporting, forecasting, and group structures, and has solid experience in project finance, cash flow management, and risk control. He has a strong interest in digitalization – particularly in automating and optimizing processes to ensure that decisions are made based on solid data.
With broad CXO-level experience and a deep understanding of operational challenges across the organization, Jesper is highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration and navigating complex business environments.

new CTO
We are pleased to welcome Brian Munk Andersen as our new CTO.
Brian has more than 25 years of leadership experience, most recently in the wind industry at Vestas, and previously as Technology Director at Bucher Municipal, where he led international teams and drove strategic initiatives shaping product development and engineering processes.
His appointment marks an important step in AB Inventech’s strategic journey to be the leading supplier and trusted partner to the industry. Brian’s expertise includes electrifying product lines, introducing modular platforms, and establishing global R&D centers—combining deep technical insight and Project Management skills, with strong business acumen to accelerate our digital and technological transformation.
As CTO, Brian will unite PMO, Engineering, Software Development, and R&D into one Technology Center at AB Inventech, enabling us to support customers more effectively, and speed up innovation for future products.
Kasper Stevnhøj Sommer continues as Head of R&D and as a part of the Management Team in our new Technology Center, driving new product developments – a core part of AB-Inventech’s DNA – with his invaluable technical expertise.
We look forward to working with Brian, to drive progress and deliver solutions that will continue to shape the future of the industry.
