Service Agreement and Hotline
Service of AB-Inventech machines is a vital part of our business strategy. It is important for AB-Inventech that the machines we have built operate at their maximum capacity regarding both effectiveness and machine availability.
It is our aim to focus on service and maintenance of our machine installations. We have therefore established a service-hotline to ensure that our customers receive the optimal help and service also outside office hours.
The service-hotline is open 7am – 11pm 7 days a week, all around the year.
The service-hotline is operated by experienced AB-Inventech staff members. They can give you the necessary qualified assistance in relation to the problem in question.
The service-hotline can be reached through AB-Inventech main telephone number, +45 9715 50 22. Outside office hours you will be guided to the hotline phone number, which can also be reached directly at +45 70 15 50 22.
If you call the service-hotline outside office hours a fee will be charged unless you have entered into a service agreement with AB-Inventech.
By entering into a Service Agreement with AB-Inventech we can ensure optimal operating conditions for all AB-Inventech machine installations. The service agreement contains:
· Free service-hotline 7am – 11pm 365 days per year
· Preventive service inspections and repair
· Warranty obligations are kept, ensuring that the machine warranty is maintained during the warranty period
· Warranty on all service repairs
· Planned, preventive maintenance instead of unforeseen emergencies – at the end this will result in fewer service visits
· Maximum efficiency of the machine in question
· Maximum machine availability
