Advice and Project Management Special-purpose machines and automation solutions are developed in close cooperation with the customer. AB-Inventech A/S offers advice in the development of automation solutions and provides the necessary project planning. To ensure that solutions satisfy the requirements set, AB-Inventech A/S has developed a project management system that makes sure, among other things, that all the machine specifications are described before the engineering phase begins. The system also guarantees traceability throughout the production process for all major decisions and keeps the customer informed about how the project is progressing. | ||
Technical Product Development and Engineering AB-Inventech A/S has a permanent staff of expert product developers and designers, who use the latest drawing software on the market. As a consequence all our development and engineering work is now done exclusively in 3D. This enables us among other things to present our designs in the form of an e-drawing, giving the customer a comprehensive view of the automation solution. | ||
Production Our workshop can perform a wide range of tasks and is primarily geared towards development tasks. Consequently AB-Inventech A/S uses to a wide extend regular subcontractors, who are involved in the production of the machine components that have been developed. In order to guarantee the quality of the machine projects, all components are assembled and fitted by our assembly department, where our skilled employees check that every part of the machine is fully functional. | ||
Commissioning and Testing Thorough testing and trials are a must if an automation solution is to be a success. That is why all major machines are set up and fully tested at our factory in Ikast. This allows us to try out all the machine’s functional elements and optimise the equipment before it is set up and commissioned at the customer’s premises. AB-Inventech A/S also uses a fixed machine testing procedure. Once commissioning at our factory has been completed, we finalize with a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). All the machine’s functional elements are approved at this test. Once the machine has been set up and commissioned at the customer’s premises, we finish with a SAT (Site Acceptance Test), which documents that all the machine’s functional elements meet the set machine specifications. | ||
Servicing and Maintenance AB-Inventech A/S has a servicing and maintenance department. This department services large machine installations and can do repair jobs, big and small, if needed. In this connection AB-Inventech A/S has established a Service Hotline, which is operating 7am - 11pm 365 days per year. AB-Inventech is also offering our customers the possibility to enter into a Service Agreement with fixed service dates, which ensures optimal operating conditions of the machine installation and prevents machine break down. This will give you the optimal operating economy, ensure maximum operating time and reduce the number of service visits. Production Optimisation Based on the great competencies of our staff, AB-Inventech A/S is also able to offer consultancy services in connection with optimising production on existing automation machines. Tasks that can be mentioned in this context include eliminating bottlenecks, reducing rejection percentages, finding ergonomic solutions and increasing capacity. | ||
